CUAV IST8310 External Electronic Compass
CUAV IST8 External Compass module is built into iSentek’s 3×3mm LGA geomagnetic sensor IST8310, which is widely used in drone products. The PX4 and ArduPilot have been applied to the Pix flight control and can be used as an external compass for the V5 flight control.

installation:
Please connect the IST8 electronic compass to the I2C interface of the intelligent controller. Please make sure that the arrow in the above figure points to the front of the intelligent controller.
Supported firmware
The firmware of the CUAV V5 intelligent controller is perfectly compatible with the external electronic compass, both Pix and APM firmware. If you are using another intelligent controller, please contact customer service.
