180 days Product Warranty

For all products purchase from WDM Tech, we offers 180 days (from you receive the product) product manufacturing warranty to customer. We will replace or repair the product for you if the product is confirmed faulty by us or manufacturer. 

We ship products in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. WDM TECH do not conduct testing before shipping any Product. 

Products are covered by warranty terms offered by their respective manufacturer. Physical damage to any Product purchased from us will effectively void the manufacturer’s warranty; physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

During the warranty period, return shipping fees for defective products are only covered within the first 14 days after receiving the product. After this delay, the customer is responsible for shipping defective products back to us for product exchanges or repairs. Shipping the new or repaired product back to the customer will be covered.
