Refund and Return Policy

Return Options

3 days no reason return

WDM Tech offers 3 days (from you receive the product) return for customer if you are unsatisfied with the order. The product has to be returned in original condition and no signs of use or missing accessories. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions.

7 days faulty item return

If you receive the faulty item, please inform us within 7 days (from you receive the product) and send us photo or video to report the problem and we will confirm if the product is faulty. If necessary, we may need to contact manufacturer to determine if the product is faulty. Once we confirm the product is faulty, we will issue the refund or send a brand new replacement for you. Faults caused by misuse, crash, bad soldering, damaged caused by the customer are not covered. Items returned which are not faulty will be returned once return shipping is paid, there may be additional charges for diagnostic or time wasting.

180 days Product Warranty

WDM Tech offers 180 days (from you receive the product) product manufacturing warranty to customer. We will replace or repair the product for you if the product is confirmed faulty by us or manufacturer.

Return Procedure

  • Contact WDM TECH via email for the return and tell us the reason for return.
  • Provide us the photo or video to illustrate the problem.
  • Waiting for the confirmation by WDM TECH
  • Once we confirm, you can start to send the product back to us.
  • WDM TECH issues refund or exchanges/repairs product

(Please note: do not ship products from carrier which does not have tracking number. WDM Tech does not take responsibilities for product lost during return shipment)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or you can choose to keep the refund for your next order.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping might be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take responsibility for the lose of your returned item during returning transportation.
