Ⅰ. Product Overview
C01 electronic gimbal, specially designed for mobile devices such as drones, unmanned vehicles, and unmanned boats that cannot be equipped with mechanical gimbals.It features an ultra-wide-angle fisheye lens, paired with a 1/2.8-inch sensor and 8 million high-definition pixels, capable of outputting smooth 720P/30fps high-definition footage. The wide-angle field of view covers the entire operation scene, while the high-definition resolution captures every detail, allowing pilots to have a clear view of field corners and the surrounding environment of equipment during operation, thus building a solid visual safety barrier for work.
Lightweight design is another key advantage of the C01. With an overall weight of only 70g, it significantly reduces the load pressure on the mounted equipment, indirectly improving endurance and operational flexibility, and providing reliable support for long hours of outdoor work.
Considering the complex environments in agricultural scenarios, such as frequent chemical spraying and dust intrusion, the C01 has undergone third-party professional design certification in accordance with the IP65 protection rating. It can effectively resist high pressure chemical washing and dust intrusion, ensuring stable operation of the equipment under harsh conditions and significantly enhancing durability and reliability.
Note: The splash-proof, water-resistant, and dust-proof functions are not permanently effective, and their protective performance may decline due to daily usage. Damage caused by immersion in liquid is not covered under the warranty.
Ⅱ. Installation and Usage
The diagram of the screw holes and spacing for the C01 electronic gimbal is as follows:
It is recommended to use HM2*8 machine screws for installing and securing the C01, with a quantity of 4.
Recommended Installation Method:
Install the C01 on the front of the carrier, with the arrow silk – screened on the back facing upward, at a 40° angle, as shown in the figure below.
Caution:
- During installation, a rigid connection must be made with the vehicle to ensure that the connection structure is stable and reliable.
- The connection cable must not be completely straightened; a certain amount of shock-absorbing slack must be left to provide sufficient space for vibration buffering and to avoid the “jello effect” caused by rigid pulling.

Ⅴ. Usage of the C01 Electronic Gimbal
Install the latest version of the Gimbal FPV software on the remote controller and open it.

1. Gimbal Activation
Note: When the C01 is powered on, it will automatically perform gyroscope calibration. Please keep the gimbal in a stationary state during this process.
2. Enabling Gimbal FPV
Select the connection method for the C01 and click to enter.
If using FLY GCS, you can set up image display as follows:

Steps: On the APP homepage ap the top-left corner → “Common Settings” → “Other Settings” → “User Interface” → “Video Window” → Select “C01”.

4. Image Parameters (Function under development, please stay tuned)
Image parameters support adjustments of brightness, hue, saturation, etc. Among them, “Standard” is the default image parameter setting.
5. Gimbal Control
Click ④ Parameter Settings -> Gimbal Control. There are three control methods available, and multiple methods can be checked simultaneously.
(1) Control via virtual joystick:
The virtual joystick can be used to control the pitch of the gimbal, and it also supports functions such as one-key return to center.
(2) Control via gestures:
Control the pitch of the gimbal by sliding the screen.
(3) Control via remote control channel:
Control the pitch of the gimbal through the 12th channel of the remote control.
Note: The remote control channel can be checked through Tool -> Servo Travel Check.
6. Set IP
Supports modifying the IP address and gateway of the C01 camera.
Note: After modification, you need to synchronously update the corresponding video stream address to obtain the video screen normally. The function setting password is 999999.
For example: If the device IP address is changed to 192.168.144.107, the corresponding video stream address should be adjusted to rtsp://192.168.144.107:554/stream=0.
7. Camera Upgrade
(1) Online Update via Network
When upgrading the camera firmware, first ensure that the remote control is connected to the internet. After connecting to the network, click “Check for Updates” to view the current firmware version of the camera and the latest available online upgrade version.
If an upgrade is required, click “Update Now” to perform the online upgrade. The entire upgrade process takes approximately 2 minutes.
(2) Local Firmware Update
Click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the page, select the “Local Firmware” option from it, and then choose the corresponding local file to perform the upgrade.
