4. Installation and Use
4.1 Battery installation
Push the battery tightly onto the body and insert it into the battery compartment. When you hear a “click”, the battery clamp will automatically clamp.
4.2 Use of S12
4.2.1 Power on and volume adjustment
Press and hold the power on button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.
Press the button in the red frame in the picture to increase or decrease the volume.
4.2.2 Switch list mode
Short press on the power button can switch the interface to the list style.
4.2.3 Function introduction
Press and hold the OK button to enter the menu interface.
① Frequency band settings
This interface is the detection frequency band, and the specific detection range can be set according
state:ON or OFF
start:the starting frequency band
stop:the terminate frequency band.
② Filter frequency band
Filter out 425-445m (walkie talkie frequency band), no alarm will be triggered when the walkie talkie is detected, and it will be enabled by default.
③ Settings
Can be set to restore default and vibration switch

System language can be changed, supporting English, Russian, and Chinese

5.Firmware update
1. Plug one end of the TYPE-C to USB cable into the upgrade port of the alarm clock, and the other end into the USB port of the computer, then press and hold the back key and the power key at the same time, the alarm clock will enter the upgrade mode, and the display will show the following:
2.Open the “ DeviceHelper upgrade assistant” (the tool can be requested from the manufacturer’s technician)
Click ① to refresh the serial port, and the serial port name corresponding to the alarm will be displayed on the left. If it is not refreshed, please change the data cable or computer;
Click ② to open the serial port. After the serial port is successfully opened, click ③ to view the update, and the corresponding device firmware information will be displayed in the information bar;
Click ④ Upgrade now to upgrade online;
You can also click ⑤ to select local firmware upgrade (local firmware needs to consult the manufacturer);
After the upgrade is successful, the drone alarm will automatically turn on, and you can check the version number according to the 4.2.4 function introduction.
